In a year of crisis like the one in which we are living the claims of our companies are increasingly at risk because in an economic context more unstable than ever in which preventive evaluation parameters used in the past often fail.
While not providing the complete solution to the problem, in this new context, improved efficiency of reminders and collection of credit can collaborate actively to the maintenance of the stability of the company thanks to greater control over exposure, the ready identification of “at risk” cases, and to reduce the length of the credit generated by the punctual execution of Dunning procedures.
With the construction of several customized systems for managing the process of debt within domestic and multinational companies, which today handles more than 1 billion euros per year in Credit Collection practices, we have gained some experience in these areas.
Our debt recovery systems often involve internal player (administrative offices) and external (call center, legal studies) and can be used to differentiate the treatment for individual customers, customizing and managing report promptly any complaints surfaced during the action of reminder.
Our Credit Collection systems are designed and custom made and constructed so as to be fully integrated with the company’s legacy systems in the design phase is analysed the customer-specific process, identify any solutions of “best practice” and the necessary tools to ensure maximum efficiency in the daily activities of operators, tools that enable the real-time sharing of information with external users and company (phone collectiors, collectors, lawyers, agents, etc.), automatic generation and mailing of documents, the management of payment and promises of return plans, calculating and invoicing of late-payment interest and much more.
